Bangkok CitiSmart is a well-established online Real Estate agency providing a full range of services regarding buying, selling, leasing and investing in properties. It was looking for a digital marketing agency to help.

The Client’s aim was to not only increase traffic, but to improve the conversion rate of new and existing visitors to their website.

This was achieved by using 2 separate strategies:

  • Improve conversion rate: Dynamic retargeting banners via the Display Network
  • Generate new traffic: Search Engine Management (PPC) and Native Ads

The results were superb. Potential customers who had previously left the website without converting were seeing the highly relevant retargeting banners and returning to the website to complete the transaction.
Meanwhile, the well-placed Search Engine Marketing ads were directing hot leads, and Native Ads run on Taboola were instigating demand from colder leads.

  • Weekly Website Conversions increased 75.4%
